First City Mortgage was founded in 1994 after 12 years of working at getting people loans through large banks and brokers I discovered that most lenders treated people like an assembly line. Even though clients would come to them with one of the most important transactions of their lives there was no personal attention given to there personal situations. In most cases you fill out an application and never hear from that individual again! Sometimes having to discuss your deal with as many as 10 or 12 different people getting the run around and trying to remember who said what and when.

I truly believe that every mortgage is unique to that client and should be treated as such. At first we like to develop a friendship with our clients on a one on one basis. The consultant you meet with the first interview with will be your personal contact from the application to the closing of your loan.
